Papers and Digital Posters accepted at a previous NZOA meetings are not eligible for submission.
Please indicate your preference for Abstract presentation – Paper or Digital Poster. The Programme Committee will take this into consideration but cannot guarantee your preference.
The Programme Committee will determine the most effective presentation method, either paper or digital poster.
It is the responsibility of the submitting author to communicate all presentation information to the presenting author.
There is no numerical limit on the number of abstracts an author may submit.
Podium presentation time will be 5 minutes, with 3 minutes questions (a total 8 minutes per paper).
Digital posters must be sent as jpegs or pdf's in landscape format.
Submission requirements:
Abstract character count cannot exceed 300 words.
Abstracts must contain Title, Introduction, Method, Results, Discussion and Conclusions.
Your abstract title must be short and specific, explaining the nature of the study/procedure. Use Title Case only (abbreviations, bolding, underlining and italics not to be used).
Define any abbreviations the first time they are used.
