Accommodation Rate

A special Conference rate has been negotiated at The Langham and is available to all Conference delegates for the duration of the conference.  

The room rate is as follows:

The above accommodation rate excludes breakfast and includes 15% GST and complimentary Wi-Fi per room, per night.

Terms & Conditions

The above rates may be utilised by guests wishing to extend their stay
Rates are for room only.
Individual bookings can be cancelled and/or amended up to 7 days prior to arrival.
Any cancellations within 7 days from arrival will incur full accommodation charges.

Check In / Check Out

The hotel check-in time is 3pm onwards. The hotel will store guest’s luggage for any arrivals earlier than 2pm.  With advance advice of guest’s arrival time the hotel will do all it can to ensure rooms are ready when the guest arrives at the hotel.

Guests check out for all hotel guests is to be completed by 11am.    The hotel will store guest’s luggage for those guests not departing until later that day.  A later departure for guests may be available on request, please note a charge may apply.

Additional Accommodation options

Copthorne Hotel Auckland City

Additional accommodation has been secured at the Copthorne Hotel Auckland City, which is just down ANZAC Ave from the Langham at the rate of NZ$185.00 incl GST per room per night for a Superior Room.  All rooms will be subject to availability at the time of booking and available from the Friday 13^th – Thursday 19^th October 2017.

Bookings are to be made on the online registration booking directly with the hotel, please following the following instructions to secure your accommodation:

• Enter in your check in/out dates on the right hand side and “Check Availability”
• Load the Group Code NZOA into the Group Code cell under “Codes and Options” (on the right hand side of the screen) in order to get the negotiated group rates
• Select your room and proceed to check out

Scenic Hotel Auckland

Additional accommodation has also been secured at the Scenic Hotel Auckland.  They are offering a rate of $210 incl GST per room per night for a Run of House room.  We have rooms on hold until 30 September and after that date rooms will be subject to availability.
