Sunday Sports day
Sunday 18 October will be a full day of sports.
Starting at 9am there will be bus transfers from Te Papa to take you to cycle the Remutaka Incline, Makara Peak Mountain Bike Park or to golf at The Morgans private golf course.
Cycling the Remutaka Incline
The trail follows the old rail route established in 1878 that carried passengers up the steep incline, providing plenty of fabulous photo opportunities.
For serious mountain bikers there will be the opportunity to cycle the Mākara Peak Mountain Bike Park.
The Morgans Golf Course
This unique country golf course, located in Pāuatahanui will be closed for NZOA exclusive use for the day.
A scenic course which provides a few challenges, especially off the tee and marshland lurks around every corner! The sculpture trail provides extra intrigue.
