Abstract Submission Guidelines

Submission Deadline: 30th August 2021
Notification of accepted abstracts: Week commencing September 6th 2021.

Selected papers from NZOA 2021 will be included as referenced abstracts in Bone & Joint Journal Proceedings.
By submitting an abstract the author/presenter automatically provides permission for it to be published by The British Editorial Society of Bone & Joint Surgery.

General Guidelines:

Papers and posters accepted at a previous NZOA meetings are not eligible for submission.
There is one application for paper and poster presentations. Please indicate your preference. The programme committee will take this into consideration but cannot guarantee your preference.
Please note BJJ proceedings do not publish posters.
The programme committee will determine the most effective presentation method, either paper or poster.
It is the responsibility of the submitting author to communicate all presentation information to the presenting author.
There is no numerical limit on the number of abstracts an author may submit.
Podium presentation time will be six minutes, with two minutes questions (a total of eight minutes per paper).
