The North Island trips are primarily being planned and managed by local consultants, with only the Timber Trail & Mountains to Sea being full package adventures.
Donation:
Family's (up to 6 people maximum) participating are required to donate $250 per day to the Wishbone Foundation, or $100 per day for a single participant. Note for multi day trails, there are price increases, such as Mountains to Sea, Timber Trail and River Valley.

Minimum age restriction:
Note, participation in some legs is open to 12 years old and over, please check the trip information for more details or any restrictions.
Charity Gala Dinners.
The Wishbone Foundation Black & White Charity Ball - Wellington (Saturday 17th Feb 2024 at Tākina) and Charity Gala Auckland (Saturday 16th March 2024) is open to those over 18 only.

Trip additions:
Note bike hire, shuttle hire and any added extra's are up to you and the local organiser for each leg to arrange.

If you wish to hire a bike or need a return shuttle for your leg, please contact the relevant coordinator for that leg directly.

Families or Group Registrations:
If you plan on participating as a family, then please have 1 person only in your family fill in the registrations on behalf of your family/team.
The consultant contacts for each leg you choose to be part of, will contact you closer to the time for more details of your family members,
including their names, ages and any health concerns for health and safety reasons.
A reminder that the minimum age of participation is 12 year old for each trip.
Health & Safety:
Take note that Wishbone Trust and the NZ Orthopaedic Association Inc are not organising the trips and they or their staff or officers have no role to play in providing the trips or managing any aspects of Health & Safety in relation to the trips. Wishbone Trust is only acting as the recipient of donations made by those choosing to participate in a trip.
You must follow all Health and Safety requirements of the trip organiser and any other provider of services or other organisations with any H&S responsibilities during the trip.
