Trans-Tasman collaboration in Sarcoma Care
Friday 30th August 2024 | Cordis Hotel, Auckland
I’m excited to invite you to the 2024 Biannual NZ Sarcoma Society meeting to be held at the Cordis hotel in Auckland on Friday August 30.
This year I am pleased to announce two International speakers who will join us for the meeting. Dr Luke Johnson, orthopaedic oncologist from Adelaide, heads up the national Australian sarcoma database project and will speak to the potential establishment of a collaborative trans-Tasman Sarcoma database. Dr Frank Saran, radiation oncologist, is involved in setting up the proton therapy centre in Adelaide that is due to commence operating next year, and will offer insight into the potential benefits of this therapy for our Sarcoma patients.
Local faculty will also contribute to delivering a stimulating and interactive program covering the breadth of Sarcoma care in New Zealand. There will be time for free paper presentations or interesting case discussions.
Please ensure you send me your abstracts by 1st August
You can email me HERE
I look forward to seeing you in Auckland for what promises to be a great meeting.
